6+ years of software engineering experience building and operating backend systems in production
Strong proficiency in designing distributed systems, APIs, and data models for reliability and scale
Experience leading medium-to-large technical projects with multiple stakeholders and clear business impact
Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving product environments and turn open-ended problems into pragmatic execution plans
Strong product sense and willingness to engage deeply with customer experience, experimentation, and business outcomes
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
