About the role

What you’ll do

• Evolve internal business systems, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through adoption
• Apply AI and product management practices to business systems
• Deliver scalable solutions and measurable business value
• Manage multiple initiatives while balancing strategic and tactical execution

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, engineering, or related field, or equivalent 6 years of product management experience
• At least 6 years of product management experience, including leading complex cross-functional initiatives at a senior level
• Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot, plus experience prototyping/automating with AI agents, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio
• Strong product management skills across discovery, prioritization, requirements, delivery, launch, and outcome measurement; experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Experience implementing CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce; understanding of systems integration, data mapping, and process optimization; experience consolidating or migrating products onto a common enterprise platform
• Excellent communication for executive audiences; ability to build trust and influence without authority; working knowledge of Power BI/SQL; Agile or product management certification (CSPO, SAFe POPM, Pragmatic Institute)
