About the role
Lennar seeks a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of enterprise applications, integrations, and AI infrastructure on AWS, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with platform and product teams.
What you’ll do
Lead design, development, and evolution of enterprise-grade applications, integrations, MCP servers, and scalable AI infrastructure on AWS
Mentor engineers and set technical standards
Partner with platform and product teams
Drive projects end-to-end in a DevOps/self-service environment
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of professional software development experience including ownership of production systems at scale
Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and React
Strong backend experience with Go
Deep understanding of system design, API architecture, security, and performance optimization
Proven success in DevOps/self-service environment with technical leadership
