About the role
Innovid is hiring a Senior Director of Product, Creative to lead product management and drive the evolution of its unified CTV, creative, and ad serving platform. The role focuses on product strategy, AI automation, data decisioning, and ecosystem integrations while leading and developing the product team.
What you’ll do
Lead the product management team for Innovid's unified CTV, creative, and ad serving platform.
Oversee product strategy and execution across AI automation, creative tools, data decisioning, optimization, and ecosystem integrations.
Guide the evolution of the platform to strengthen CTV and creative capabilities.
Align senior executives, cross-functional leads, and external clients around a unified product vision.
Represent the product organization to C-suite executives, strategic partners, and industry forums.
Drive team accountability and instill product management best practices.
What you’ll need
8+ years in Product Management within AdTech, enterprise SaaS, or digital media.
3+ years of direct people management experience building and leading product teams.
Deep mastery of the CTV/OTT ecosystem, dynamic creative optimization, programmatic ad serving, and ad tech measurement integrations.
Experience overseeing complex APIs, SDKs, and enterprise platform architectures.
Proven track record of hiring, retaining, and developing top-tier product talent.
Strong technical foundation, with a Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent background preferred.
