About the role
Huntress seeks a Senior Lifecycle Programs Strategist to design and own the lifecycle operating model driving customer and partner growth. The role will lead cross-functional programs, build automation and sequences, and measure performance to improve expansion and recover pipeline.

What you’ll need
Experience shaping lifecycle strategy and operating models
Experience with marketing automation, email, CRM, and sales engagement platforms
Understanding of customer lifecycle, cross-sell, expansion, install-base, or partner motions
Knowledge of email compliance, consent, opt-out, suppression logic, and contact governance
Ability to work with customer, opportunity, product, and engagement data
Strategic judgment and ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
