About the role
Design and develop comprehensive learning solutions, including digital courses and performance-support tools, for a healthcare software company. Coordinate training via the LMS and collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to enhance employee and client engagement.
What you’ll do
Develop, maintain, and optimize knowledge resources for employee and client engagement.
Create digital courses, self-paced training, assessments, and performance-support tools.
Coordinate training programs through the Learning Management System.
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align content with goals.
Utilize instructional design models such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and SAM.
Apply AI tools to enhance learning design and delivery.
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related field.
At least 3 years of combined related work experience.
Strong understanding of adult learning theories, visual communication, and user experience.
Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Captivate).
Experience with multimedia editors (Camtasia, Adobe Suite, Canva, Synthesia).
