What you’ll do
Remediate and optimize existing BCM and IRM implementations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Refactor complex or poorly implemented applications
Preserve historical data integrity
Implement integrations with CMDB, HR systems, and vendor repositories
Translate functional business requirements into scalable technical solutions
What you’ll need
Extensive hands-on development experience with ServiceNow BCM and IRM
Strong understanding of BCM functional architecture including BIA, Dependency Mapping, Plan Authoring, and Exercise/Testing Management
Experience troubleshooting and resolving data model, workflow, and integration issues
Knowledge of enterprise data dependencies involving CMDB, HR systems, and vendor repositories
Understanding of business continuity concepts including RTO, RPO, and ISO 22301
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
