Own escalations and defend technical delivery decisions
Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
What you’ll need
15+ years in technology delivery
8–10 years leading enterprise programs
Strong background in fintech, banking, capital markets, or trading platforms
Prior experience in engineering consulting environments
Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, cloud, CI/CD, data pipelines, and monitoring
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
