About the role

What you’ll do

• Own enterprise administration and platform ownership of Claude Team or Enterprise
• Coordinate identity and access controls
• Manage integrations, connectors, and plugins
• Implement governance and usage or cost controls
• Create executive reporting, technical documentation, and runbooks
• Provide user support and service-desk knowledge

What you’ll need

• Hands-on administration of Claude Team or Enterprise including SSO, SCIM, organization settings, connectors, plugins, skills, and usage/cost controls
• Enterprise SaaS product-management or platform-ownership experience in a multi-business-unit environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SAML, SCIM, group-based access, privileged roles, enterprise applications, and Conditional Access
• Experience assessing connectors, MCP integrations, permissions, data flows, privacy, logging, rollback, and support models
• Ability to create executive reporting, technical documentation, runbooks, training materials, and service-desk knowledge
• Strong customer service, troubleshooting, organization, vendor management, change management, and cross-functional communication capabilities
