About the role
The Systems Administrator will manage the Illinois Tollway's ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB ecosystem, maintaining CI data quality and governance while providing enterprise systems administration support for stable and secure infrastructure.
What you’ll do
Maintain stable and secure enterprise infrastructure and systems administration
Manage ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB ecosystem including Discovery and Service Mapping
Enforce CMDB governance, data quality, and CI lifecycle management
Collaborate with IT teams including infrastructure, applications, network, security, ITSM, and ITOM
Diagnose and resolve data quality and infrastructure issues
Implement and support ServiceNow Discovery and IT Operations Management
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow administration in enterprise environment
Strong experience with CMDB tools (CI Class Manager, IRE, CI relationships, CMDB Health Dashboards)
Hands-on systems administration experience (Windows/Linux, patching, hardening, virtualization, monitoring)
ServiceNow Certified System Administration
Knowledge of ITIL practices, Agile Methodology, and ServiceNow community involvement
