What you’ll need
5+ years of healthcare experience with 3+ years in healthcare compliance
Working knowledge of state healthcare regulatory frameworks, including licensure, survey and audit processes, and Medicaid program requirements
Track record of operating independently and managing competing priorities across multiple markets
Home health, HCBS, and/or Medicaid program compliance experience
Hands-on experience leading or supporting state licensure surveys and plans of correction
CHC certification or comparable compliance credential
