About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead strategic finance transformation initiatives
• Support post-merger finance integration in a PMO capacity
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to scale finance processes, systems, and AI-enabled transformation
• Manage multiple complex workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
• Drive change and facilitate alignment across cross-functional leadership teams
• Lead finance technology rationalization and system implementation projects

What you’ll need

• 8+ years supporting finance process and systems transformation
• Deep technical knowledge of end-to-end finance processes including Record-to-Report, Source to Pay, Supply Chain, FP&A, Quote to Cash, Tax, and Treasury
• Proficiency in PMO/workflow tools such as Asana, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow, plus enterprise finance systems like NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, and Snowflake
• Proven program management expertise managing multiple complex workstreams and stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to drive change and facilitate alignment across leadership teams
• Demonstrated success in large-scale finance technology rationalization and system implementations, with an AI-first mindset and SaaS industry experience
