About the role
Visa is seeking a Senior Systems Manager to own and configure the PROS CPQ platform for its Value-Added Services organization, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, scalable, and compliant pricing and quoting execution.

Translate business requirements into CPQ configuration and Agile delivery artifacts
Troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ issues
Support global, multi-region sales models
What you’ll need
8+ years in Sales Systems, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related enterprise systems roles
5+ years hands-on PROS CPQ configuration in an enterprise environment
Deep functional expertise in pricing, quoting, and CPQ workflows
Experience configuring complex pricing and deal structures
Experience supporting CPQ with enterprise CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics and global multi-region sales models
Background in VAS, payments, financial services, or complex B2B environments; familiarity with bookings and AANR-style metrics
