About the role
HP is hiring a Manager of Product Operations to support the VP of Product Management and the Consumer PC leadership team. This role drives executive presentations, performance reporting, budget visibility, OKR tracking, operating cadence, and automation of recurring workflows across global teams.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, analytics, information systems, product management, engineering, or related field
5-8 years of experience in product operations, business operations, program management, analytics, or financial/business reporting
Experience preparing executive reports and presentations and coordinating recurring business reviews
Strong spreadsheet, data-analysis, dashboard, and presentation skills
Experience tracking budgets, forecasts, business metrics, and plan attainment with Finance
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira, Aha!, Productboard, Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar tools
