About the role
Snowflake is hiring a People Systems Analyst to join its People Technology team, focusing on HR systems implementation and support. The role involves leading system discovery, testing, and go-live coordination for HR and talent systems, partnering closely with People Operations.
What you’ll do
Lead system discovery and requirements gathering
Manage UAT and regression testing
Coordinate cutover and go-live activities
Provide hypercare support
Administer HR systems (ServiceNow, Workday, Ashby)
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
What you’ll need
4+ years of hands-on business systems analyst experience in HR technology
Experience supporting system implementations in high-growth global environment
Hands-on administration and BSA experience with ServiceNow HRSD
Hands-on Workday HCM experience
Experience supporting or administering Ashby or comparable ATS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
