About the role
Blumira is hiring a remote Senior Solution Engineer to serve as a post-sales technical advisor, leading security platform implementations and integrations while helping customers strengthen their cybersecurity posture.
What you’ll do
Lead security platform implementations
Guide integrations and conduct security assessments
Help customers optimize their security posture
Partner with Customer Success Management and other teams
Drive adoption, satisfaction, and expansion
Ensure long-term customer success
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience
5+ years hands-on cybersecurity experience with SIEM, security monitoring, or incident response
3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Engineering, TAM, or Security Operations
Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, endpoint protection, and threat detection technologies
Experience with cloud security, scripting, Linux/Windows administration, APIs, and security automation
U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship
