About the role
Lead and develop Iru's Solutions Engineering team, overseeing technical coverage, discovery, demos, and validation while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing. Requires deep knowledge of endpoint management, identity, and security, plus experience managing technical teams.
What you’ll do
Lead and develop Solutions Engineers across pre-sales and post-sales
Oversee technical coverage for opportunities and customer migrations
Improve discovery, demos, and validation processes
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing
Troubleshoot, review proofs of concept, and challenge SE approaches
What you’ll need
Managed or led SEs or a technical, customer-facing team with a record of developing people
Strong SE background in presales, post sales, or both
Proficiency in macOS and Windows management, including MDM or UEM tools like Jamf and Intune
Working knowledge of Okta or Entra ID, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM, plus endpoint security including EDR and vulnerability management
Hands-on depth to troubleshoot and review proofs of concept, comfortable with scripting and APIs
Experience building or scaling an SE team, including hiring and onboarding, is a plus
