About the role

What you’ll do

• Advise customers and internal leaders on lending strategy
• Lead credit origination process design and requirements development
• Guide product, engineering, and delivery teams toward scalable implementation outcomes
• Translate complex lending workflows into clear functional specifications and technical software requirements
• Evaluate operational, implementation, integration, and customer readiness risks
• Manage senior customer relationships and provide executive advisory

What you’ll need

• 15+ years of experience in business consulting, process engineering, or lending origination strategy
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Banking, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Deep expertise in lending operations and credit origination across consumer and commercial lending
• Experience collaborating with software engineers, quality assurance, and solution architects
• Proficiency in business process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and Google Workspace
• Eligible to work in the US for full-time employment
