MedRisk is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the growth, optimization, and performance of its provider ecosystem, focusing on provider experience, recruitment, network management, and provider-facing platform capabilities. The role leverages data and cross-functional collaboration to improve network access, quality, and operational efficiency.
What you’ll do
Drive growth, optimization, and performance of the provider ecosystem
Manage provider experience, recruitment, and network management initiatives
Develop and improve provider-facing platform capabilities
Use data and analytics to enhance network access, quality, and operational efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally to align network strategy and investments
Prioritize initiatives based on quantitative business case analysis
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Provider Network Management, Network Strategy, Healthcare Analytics, or related healthcare operations
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting large datasets into business recommendations
Experience with provider networks, managed care, workers' compensation, payer organizations, healthcare services, or healthcare technology platforms
Experience with provider demographics, network optimization, credentialing, contracting, recruitment, and onboarding
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Palantir Foundry, or similar analytical tools
