About the role
The Consultant leads multiple Unanet AIM implementations and legacy Flowtrac transitions, guiding customers through adoption, data migration, and integration. This role combines discovery, configuration, training, and coordination with project management to ensure successful operational outcomes.
What you’ll do
Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design for AIM implementations
Configure AIM to meet customer business, operational, and accounting requirements
Plan and execute legacy Flowtrac to AIM migration activities
Validate ERP to AIM sync and integration flows
Lead customer training, adoption, and go-live readiness activities
Support continuous improvement of Professional Services processes and playbooks
What you’ll need
3+ years of ERP, asset management, manufacturing, accounting, or systems implementation experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related field
Experience with accounting systems, inventory/manufacturing processes, data migration, and systems integration
Proficient in Excel for working with large datasets
Business consulting or customer-facing software delivery experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
