EY is hiring a Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and transformation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions for government clients, including CMDB, CSDM, automation, and AI-powered capabilities. The role involves stakeholder engagement, delivery oversight, team coaching, and supporting business growth.
What you’ll do
Lead design, implementation, and transformation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions
Deliver CMDB, CSDM, automation, and AI-powered capabilities
Engage with technical and executive stakeholders
Oversee delivery of ServiceNow solutions
Coach and develop team members
Support business growth and proposal development
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, management information systems, business, or a related discipline
Three or more years of ServiceNow consulting and implementation experience delivering ITOM solutions
Deep experience with CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, including enterprise-scale service model and CMDB architecture design
Experience leading client workshops, requirements sessions, and architecture reviews, and integrating ServiceNow with external applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and Service Graph
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret-level clearance
Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management principles; preferred CIS, CTA, or ITIL Foundation certification
