At least 3 years using Microsoft Excel for pivot tables, data analysis, pricing models, and product management tasks
At least 3 years using JIRA and Confluence to monitor software development projects and support new features
At least 3 years using SQL to query databases, extract user insights, and track KPIs, plus 2 years overseeing products for legal or professional services
