What you’ll do
Manage hiring and wage/salary employee recruitment
Oversee benefits administration and payroll
Conduct performance management and investigations
Coordinate training and development programs
Ensure compliance audits
Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion program
What you’ll need
3+ years HR experience and bachelor's degree in HR or related field with PHR/SPHR certification
OR high school diploma with 4 years HR experience
OR bachelor's degree with 1+ year HR experience
OR master's degree in HR Management or Human Services
Proficient with HRIS
No violent criminal record or substantiated findings of abuse/neglect on NC Health Care Personnel Registry; 18+
