What you’ll do
Design command-and-control experiences for autonomous vehicles
Create fleet management and mission planning workflows
Support live execution and collaboration interfaces
Drive feature-level and system-level design work
Lead user research sessions including customer discovery and usability testing
Facilitate workshops and cross-functional alignment
What you’ll need
5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or HCI
Expertise in visual and interaction design for complex technical workflows
Systems thinking with ability to map user journeys across multiple user types
Strong prototyping skills to drive clarity in decision-making
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance with SCI eligibility
Experience designing operator-focused software in domains such as aviation, autonomous systems, robotics, or similar
