What you’ll do

Translate business ideas into product and technical requirements

Challenge assumptions and bring new ideas to the table
What you’ll need
7+ years across product, conversational AI, digital experiences, conversation design, or technical business analysis
Hands-on exposure to chatbots, voice AI, IVR, messaging, or conversational platforms
Regularly uses LLMs and AI tools
Strong enough technically to hold your own with engineering teams
Experience translating messy ideas into buildable products
