About the role
This remote, entry-level Client Service Specialist role supports Vital Incite's Strategy and Vital Oversight teams at Alera Group by coordinating client access, documentation, training, surveys, and service requests.
What you’ll do
Provide administrative and operational support to Strategy and Vital Oversight teams
Coordinate client access, documentation, training, surveys, and service requests
Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and other client-facing activities
Manage user access requests and related documentation
Develop, format, and maintain training materials, forms, presentations, and client-facing documents
Administer surveys and prepare survey results or reports
What you’ll need
High school diploma or equivalent required
Client service, administrative support, project coordination, or similar background
Experience supporting client-facing teams and coordinating client communications
Ability to organize, summarize, and report information for different audiences
Bachelor's degree preferred
