About the role

What you’ll do

• Own strategy and performance of the company's digital storefront
• Lead website management, SEO, digital merchandising, conversion optimization, and customer experience
• Drive organic search initiatives to increase move-ins, revenue, and customer growth
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, technology, content, and third-party SEO partners
• Manage direct reports in agile environments and translate team initiatives into prioritized deliverables and project plans
• Analyze complex data, identify insights, and present clear, action-oriented recommendations

What you’ll need

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience driving SEO and website CVR/CRO performance in enterprise or multi-location environments
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with marketing, technology, content, and third-party SEO partners
• Experience managing direct reports in agile environments and translating initiatives into prioritized deliverables and sprint-ready requirements
• Deep knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Microsoft Clarity, and schema testing tools
• Experience with directory listing platforms for hundreds of locations (Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Yelp, Yext, Uberall, etc.)
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript, plus technical SEO, UX, page speed, schema, and site migration expertise
