About the role
Senior Project Manager to independently lead EPC and Design-Build construction projects for an energy solutions provider, overseeing safety, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while supporting energy efficiency and decarbonization goals.
What you’ll do
Lead full lifecycle execution of EPC and Design-Build construction projects
Oversee safety, budgets, and schedules
Manage subcontractors and client relationships
Ensure documentation and compliance
Support commissioning activities
Achieve substantial completion milestones on multi-million-dollar MEP renovations
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Project or Construction Management
Proven history of leading construction projects with cost control, change management, and critical path scheduling
Strong understanding of building systems including HVAC, lighting, controls, renewables, and water conservation
Proficiency with construction project management systems and scheduling tools
Valid driver's license in good standing
