About the role

What you’ll need
5-7 years of experience in corporate ethics, compliance, investigations, legal operations, internal audit, or employee relations
Bachelor's degree in business, compliance, criminal justice, accounting, HR, legal studies, or related field
Experience supporting internal investigations including intake, evidence review, interviews, case documentation, and remediation
Experience with compliance operations, project management, process improvement, policy governance, training administration, or reporting
Strong Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, and reporting skills with excellent judgment and stakeholder management
Experience with global public company environments, relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP, CFE, paralegal), and platforms such as EthicsPoint/NAVEX, PolicyTech/Navex, SharePoint, Power BI, or Copilot
