About the role

What you’ll do

• Manage delivery and lifecycle of the Moment of Care data capture clinical workflow portfolio
• Translate validated needs into product requirements and prioritized work
• Lead product work from discovery through launch, adoption, optimization, and lifecycle support
• Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams
• Balance multiple priorities and communicate trade-offs
• Support product capabilities through requirements, development, validation, and launch

What you’ll need

• 4–8 years of related experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, healthcare technology, enterprise SaaS, platform products, or software development
• Experience supporting products through discovery, requirements, development, validation, launch, adoption, and optimization
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and decision artifacts in an Agile environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, healthcare, engineering, supply chain, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, facilitation, presentation, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently on complex assignments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
