About the role
Develops and supports scalable technology solutions, cloud infrastructure, and technology operations for acquisition targeting, retention modeling, predictive analytics, call routing, and data analysis at Travelers' InsuraMatch.
What you’ll do
Develop and support applications for acquisition targeting, retention modeling, predictive analytics, call routing, and data analysis
Implement and operate IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage
Support cloud infrastructure and technology operations
Work in agile development using Jira, Confluence, Git
Use continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
What you’ll need
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work or military experience
Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
System administration experience in UNIX/Linux and Windows environments
Knowledge of MySQL relational databases and SQL query and schema design
Development skills in React, Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, etc.
Experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated deployment tools
