About the role
Lead end-to-end planning, governance, and delivery of an enterprise data platform modernization program migrating IBM DataStage workloads to Microsoft Fabric. Requires strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and experience with complex multi-workstream data programs.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end program planning, governance, and delivery outcomes
Coordinate stakeholders and drive executive communication
Manage risks across migration, testing, deployment, and stabilization
Manage multiple engineering workstreams and dependencies
Challenge technical teams and translate technical issues into program actions
Lead the IBM DataStage to Microsoft Fabric modernization program
What you’ll need
Strong experience managing enterprise data platform modernization/migration programs
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Platform
Exposure to IBM DataStage migration/modernization programs
Experience managing complex programs with multiple engineering workstreams and dependencies
Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
Ability to understand architecture discussions and translate technical issues into clear program actions
