About the role
Senior Financial Analyst role owning R&D finance within FP&A at LVT, partnering with Engineering and Product leadership on budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and headcount planning, plus executive-level special projects. This is an onsite full-time position in American Fork, Utah.
What you’ll do
Own R&D finance within FP&A
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning for Engineering and Product
Conduct ROI analysis and cross-functional financial analysis
Partner with Engineering and Product leadership
Support executive-level special projects
Build scalable financial processes for the growing team
What you’ll need
4-7+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
Experience managing engineering/product development spend, including capitalized vs expensed R&D
Understanding of gross margin dynamics in hardware COGS and recurring SaaS models
Expert driver-based financial modeling in Excel/Sheets
Hands-on ERP, Adaptive Planning, and AI experience
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
