About the role
RLDatix is hiring a Software Engineer II to support its healthcare operations platform, focusing on production support, bug fixes, upgrades, and continuous deployment. This hybrid role in Lehi, Utah requires Python/Django and React experience, with about two days per week in the office.
What you’ll do
Supporting production systems and releases
Resolving bugs
Completing upgrades
Handling operational work
Contributing to testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous deployment
Working collaboratively within an engineering-led Agile team
What you’ll need
Professional software engineering experience in Python with Django familiarity at minimum
React familiarity and openness to front-end work
Proven success writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code and diagnosing complex issues with systematic debugging
In-depth knowledge of relational databases (MySQL), Django ORM, and performant queries
Experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3), REST APIs, GitHub workflows, and testing frameworks
Ability to commute to the Lehi, Utah office approximately 2 days a week
