About the role
Morgan Stanley seeks a Global Occupancy Planning Leader to drive workplace portfolio optimization and data-driven occupancy strategies for Project Blue across the Americas. The role leads planning for complex multi-site programs, advises leadership, and manages vendors and governance.
What you’ll do
Lead occupancy planning and workplace portfolio optimization for Project Blue in the Americas
Develop data-driven space strategies, capacity plans, utilization analyses, and forecasts
Advise stakeholders and leadership on space and real estate decisions
Manage planning vendors, governance processes, and planning standards
Support real estate investment decisions with actionable insights
What you’ll need
Extensive experience in occupancy planning, workplace strategy, corporate real estate, portfolio planning, or space management
Strong analytical skills with capacity models, occupancy forecasts, utilization reporting, and dashboards
Ability to translate business growth and headcount demand into real estate strategies
Executive presence and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing planning vendors and governance in a matrixed environment
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred
