About the role

10+ years in IT, data engineering, or CRM data platforms
6–10 years as a Data Architect with third-party consulting clients
5+ years with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys
Expert knowledge of Dataverse data model including CIJ analytics and interaction entities
Experience with Link to Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Link for Dataverse
Strong technical skills in Azure Data, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and Dataverse Web API
