What you’ll do

• Evaluate innovations and assess commercial potential
• Support intellectual property strategy
• Coordinate development projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Support technology development and commercialization of biopharmaceutical and diagnostic technologies
• Navigate complex inter- and intra-organizational issues
• Manage several initiatives simultaneously

What you’ll need

• Master's degree required; advanced degree (PhD, MD, JD) preferred, or equivalent experience
• One year specific experience in business development, finance/venture capital, technology transfer, licensing, patents, partnerships, or related areas; or Bachelor's plus three years
• Two years experience directly related to technology licensing for roles within the Commercialization Work Unit
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
