About the role
Coforge is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep life insurance expertise to lead business analysis for policy administration systems, including requirement elicitation, process modeling, and stakeholder collaboration. The role supports carriers, brokers, and distribution channels through digital transformation and cloud-based insurance solutions.
What you’ll do
Elicit and document requirements for life insurance products
Model business processes and perform gap analysis
Create user stories, process workflows, and business rules documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders including carriers, brokers, and distribution channels
Support policy administration system platform initiatives
Drive digital transformation, automation, and cloud-based insurance solutions
What you’ll need
8+ years of Business Analysis experience
At least 5 years in the Life Insurance domain
Strong understanding of life insurance products such as term life, whole life, universal life, variable life, and annuities
Experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS)
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
