About the role
R2 Global is seeking a Director of FP&A for a high-growth public company, responsible for building forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and spend control processes from scratch, while advising leadership and supporting board and investor reporting.
What you’ll do
Build forecasting, liquidity planning, budgeting, reporting, and spend controls
Advise leadership on financial decisions
Support board and investor reporting
Partner with senior leadership on planning cycle
What you’ll need
Investment banking experience through a formal analyst program
Startup or high-growth company experience building processes from scratch
D2C ecommerce experience with understanding of subscription metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, AOV, margin)
2-3+ years of director-level FP&A experience
Strong ERP experience
