About the role

Inspire is hiring an SVP of Digital Strategy & Growth to lead platform vision, market strategy, and monetization, partnering with executive leadership to turn digital concepts into measurable results. The role requires deep SaaS, AI, eCommerce, and analytics expertise, plus hands-on experience building business cases and growth roadmaps.

What you’ll do

Shape digital platform vision and strategy with executive leadership
Identify growth opportunities and partnerships
Drive platform growth, monetization, and execution
Develop strategic business cases and investment recommendations
Build product strategies and execution roadmaps
Work across Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership teams

What you’ll need

12–15+ years of experience in digital strategy, consulting, SaaS, digital commerce, marketplace development, or technology-driven growth
Proven record turning new business concepts into viable products, platforms, partnerships, or revenue initiatives
Knowledge of SaaS, AI, eCommerce, digital marketplaces, customer engagement, and data analytics
Hands-on AI and marketing/sales automation experience
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred
Experience in a premier digital consultancy, high-growth startup, or comparable environment
