What you’ll need
Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates through cold outreach, networking, job boards, and social media
Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Ability to manage several open positions and competing priorities simultaneously while working independently and collaborating with hiring leaders
Two or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or another multi-location organization
