About the role

What you’ll do

• Provide senior leadership across complex, cross-functional, and global financial services environments
• Drive AI-first product development and intelligent automation initiatives
• Develop and implement AI governance frameworks in regulated financial services environments
• Partner with product and technology teams in Agile or scaled Agile (SAFe) environments
• Lead continuous improvement and process optimization using LEAN, Six Sigma, process mining, and AI-powered analytics

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline
• 15+ years of experience in financial services with a track record of senior leadership across complex, cross-functional, and global environments
• Demonstrated experience with AI-first product development, intelligent automation, or AI governance frameworks within a regulated financial services environment
• Familiarity with LEAN methodologies, Six Sigma, process mining tools, or continuous improvement frameworks, ideally augmented by AI-powered analytics
• Background in regulatory compliance, audit support, model risk management, or risk and control frameworks within a financial services context
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and experience partnering with product and technology teams in an Agile or scaled Agile (SAFe) environment
