About the role
NYC Health + Hospitals is seeking a Clinical Business Analyst to lead reporting and analytics for its Contact Center, designing and maintaining reports and dashboards to improve operations and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
What you’ll do
Design and maintain reports and dashboards for Contact Center
Analyze data to identify operational improvements
Provide strategic recommendations to leadership
Communicate data insights effectively to all levels
Build positive working relationships with contact center team and internal partners
Carry tasks from concept to implementation
What you’ll need
Master's degree or advanced clinical degree plus 1 year experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 3 years experience, or equivalent
Experience gathering and documenting business, clinical, or functional requirements
Project management experience
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Access, Project)
Experience with Cisco Unified Intelligence Center
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
