About the role
This Program Analyst role supports the VA’s Veteran Service Support Center-Electronic Health Record Analytics team by enabling nationwide data analytics, reporting, and decision-support tools for Federal Electronic Health Record platforms. The position focuses on analysis, tool development and maintenance, stakeholder consultation, and user support.
What you’ll do
Support nationwide data analytics, reporting, and decision-support tools for VA’s Federal Electronic Health Record platforms
Perform analysis for the Veteran Service Support Center-Electronic Health Record Analytics team
Develop and maintain automated information products such as analyses, reports, and data
Consult with stakeholders on analytics and reporting needs
Provide user support for decision-support tools
What you’ll need
For GS-12: one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11 and 52 weeks at GS-11
For GS-13: one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12 and 52 weeks at GS-12
Documented experience developing automated information products such as analyses, reports, and data
Experience with SQL, CCL, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, and/or Discern Analytics (DA or DA2)
