About the role
Crestview Collection is seeking a NetSuite Business Systems Manager to own and optimize its NetSuite ERP platform, manage WMS and EDI integrations, and support business processes and security. The role works cross-functionally across finance, operations, warehouse, and eCommerce teams.
What you’ll do
Own and optimize the NetSuite ERP platform.
Partner with Operations on warehouse management system integrations.
Support business processes and system integrations.
Manage system security, including MFA, access reviews, and alert triage.
Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches.
Lead cross-functional improvement projects across the business.
What you’ll need
5+ years of NetSuite ERP administration, support, implementation, or optimization experience.
Strong understanding of ERP processes: financial management, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and warehouse management.
Experience administering a WMS integrated with NetSuite (ShipHawk, NetSuite WMS or similar).
Hands-on SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteQL, and saved search experience.
Integration experience with Celigo or similar iPaaS and EDI through SPS Commerce.
Microsoft 365 administration, practical security experience, and NetSuite Administrator Certification.
