About the role
EchoStar is hiring a Technical Recruiter to lead sourcing-led full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, and architecture roles. The role partners with technical leadership, performs technical screening, and uses market insights and AI tools to build talent pipelines and drive hiring outcomes.
What you’ll do
Build a proactive, sourcing-led recruitment function for technical teams
Partner with engineering directors and VPs on hiring decisions
Develop talent pipelines for engineering, product, and architecture roles
Conduct technical screenings and candidate assessments
Perform technical compensation benchmarking and talent mapping
Use AI tools to automate candidate discovery and screening workflows
What you’ll need
3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field
Ability to discuss software architecture, CI/CD, and developer frameworks
Enterprise ATS expertise (e.g., iCIMS)
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
Experience with data-driven hiring pivots for niche technical roles
