About the role
SilverAssist is hiring an Account Manager to join its Partner Success team, managing relationships with home care agency partners and driving referral conversion and account growth. The role focuses on helping partners improve platform use and performance while retaining and growing the account portfolio.
What you’ll do

What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years experience, or 10+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree
Experience in strategic partner management and/or partner operations
Experience negotiating contracts with large corporate clients
Strong technology skills including Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and BI tools
Demonstrated success retaining and growing a portfolio of business accounts
Strong communication skills with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
