About the role
TJDEED Technology is hiring an entry-level Systems Engineer to deploy, configure, and administer enterprise Unified Endpoint Management solutions, with a focus on Ivanti EPM. What you’ll do
Deploy, configure, and administer Unified Endpoint Management solutions
Implement and troubleshoot endpoint management platforms
Optimize UEM systems and related infrastructure
Provide customer-facing technical support
Manage multiple concurrent project tasks
Take ownership of issues through resolution
What you’ll need
1–3 years of Systems Engineer, IT Administrator, or Endpoint Management experience
Hands-on experience with Ivanti EPM or another UEM platform such as Tanium, SCCM/MECM, Workspace ONE, or Jamf
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server queries and basic backup/restore operations
Solid understanding of Windows Server and Windows 10/11 administration
Experience with Active Directory, GPO, LDAP, and OU management
PowerShell scripting and networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and IIS
