About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead department relationship management and the Technical Business Relationship Management and Department Solutions Team
• Align technology needs with approved services, platforms, cybersecurity, governance, and long-term supportability
• Guide solution discovery, service catalog advisory, technology governance, reporting, and continuous improvement
• Serve as trusted advisor to department leaders and translate business needs into actionable technology recommendations
• Identify duplicative tools, service gaps, technical debt, and opportunities for shared solutions
• Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams, manage competing priorities, and escalate requests when necessary

What you’ll need

• Strong knowledge of IT service delivery, business relationship management, service catalogs, and enterprise technology support
• Working knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms, CRM, workflow automation, reporting/dashboarding, and AI-assisted application platforms
• Experience with platforms such as Quickbase, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, and comparable tools
• Ability to evaluate technology requests and recommend the most appropriate service path based on business need, risk, cost, supportability, and governance
• Strong facilitation, presentation, documentation, and executive communication skills
• Must become a resident of Philadelphia within six months of hire; experience in public-sector or large enterprise environments preferred
