What you’ll do
Lead a complex support contract serving the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division
Oversee program execution and financial/comptroller services
Ensure customer support and contract compliance
Coordinate with Government leadership and stakeholders
Manage program planning, budgeting, cost, risk, and performance reporting
Develop and present status reports, executive briefings, and performance assessments
What you’ll need
Active DoD Secret Clearance or above
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, engineering, or related field
15+ years managing complex Government contracts or programs
Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams across multiple functional areas and locations
Strong background in program planning, resource management, budgeting, cost management, risk management, and performance reporting
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
